Welcome! My name is Crystal and I am the Owner of Nut N Fancy Farm Handmade Soap.

I have a small farm in Woodsboro, MD with a dog, goats, chickens, 2 horses, turkeys and ducks. I am a wife and mom with 1 son, 3 stepchildren and 3 grandchildren. When I began researching soap making in 2017 I read books, watched countless videos, took online classes and joined soap maker groups. In May of 2018 after many test batches I knew I had found my passion, that’s when I decided to open Nut N fancy Farm Handmade Soap. I enjoy making very beautiful, colorful bars of soap with basic ingredients that are good for your skin. As a matter of fact most of my experimentation with different types of soap has been because I wanted to offer my own family and animals the benefits of handmade soap.

I love going to markets, events and meeting new customers to share all the benefits of old fashion handmade soap.  Aside from markets and online we have two physical locations that sell our soap year around, Serendipity Market & More in Downtown Frederick, Md and NueBella, LLC in Urbana, MD. I know you will enjoy our soap as much as I love making it! When your soap is produced in a factory, it comes in the same size, shape, scent and color every time. One of the wonderful benefits of buying from a small company like mine is that I can be creative. You will notice that my colors and scents change from time to time, that’s because when working with color I just let my imagination and colors do the work. I love the surprise  I get when I cut each loaf and find a beautiful new design.

My packaging simple and attractive to help keep my products affordable. Of course, I am always happy to customize packaging for an additional fee.

My customers enjoy small hometown service, so if you have a custom request for example different oils or different milks please ask, I am happy to accommodate.
